The business challenge we faced in developing onboarding for the Otborta mobile app was the need to collect information from users about their car early on. This had the aim of improving the app's search engine and enabling users to find loads that match the parameters of their car.
Before we started developing onboarding, we formulated several hypotheses about potential problems our clients might encounter. To increase the conversion rate of using the form on onboarding, we developed a certain structure. At the very first stage, we start telling the user about how we can help them with their problem, and then offer to fill out the form, continuing to describe the benefits and usefulness of our app.
This hypothesis is aimed at individual entrepreneurs who want to independently search for freight across the country and be a successful freight hauler.
02 Hypothesis. Customers in your city
This hypothesis targets users who prefer not to participate in long trucking trips between cities and are only interested in fulfilling orders within their city limits.
03 Hypothesis. Full Load
This hypothetical is for users who are tired of looking for shipments from multiple sources and are looking for one service with a lot of offerings
Step two of onboarding
For the step two we developed 2 different interfaces for testing as well
