The list buyers expect: book a ride, watch the car approach on a live map, pay in the app, rate the driver afterwards. On the driver side, accept or decline jobs, navigation and earnings. Behind both sits a payout system, normally Stripe Connect, so drivers get paid without anyone moving money by hand.

You own the code and the accounts, including the mapping and payment keys, so the bill and the control both stay yours. Once you are live we hold an agreed on-call window, and dispatch failing at Friday rush hour is an emergency, not a ticket. We will also tell you when opening a second city is premature.
