Yes. The first thing we look for is whether anyone wrote down what good output looks like. With prompts, a set of example questions and a log of past answers in a logging tool such as Langfuse, a handover takes weeks. Without them we are guessing, and the honest answer is that rebuilding the feature is often cheaper.

We would rather point you at relevant work than claim a shelf of case studies here. What carries over is the plumbing: connecting an app to a hosted model, running smaller models on the phone itself with toolkits such as Core ML, writing the test questions that catch a bad release, and getting features past store review.

The repository is yours, and so are the prompts and the set of test questions we built to judge quality, which matter as much as the code. Accounts with model providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic are opened in your company name with your own keys from day one, so nothing bills through us.

We treat the model as a supplier you can swap, not a permanent decision, and we decide with you what runs on a server and what runs on the phone. We also build in the boring obligations early: telling users plainly they are talking to software, and giving them a button to report an answer that goes wrong.
