Sway AI Dance is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to turn static photos into animated dance videos. Users can upload a full-body image, choose from trending dance styles, and generate short videos ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The main challenge was creating realistic AI-generated motion while keeping the process fast and easy for users with no editing experience. The product also needed to support multiple dance styles, smooth video rendering, and a clean user flow without overwhelming the interface.
