We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in media, prompts, or support messages. You should avoid uploading media that contains sensitive information unless it is necessary for the video you want to create and you have the required rights and permissions.
3. Uploaded Photos, Videos, and AI Processing
When you submit a photo, video, audio file, prompt, or template selection, the media may be transmitted to our backend and to our AI processing provider, including fal.ai, which may provide access to AI models such as Kling AI, to create the requested output. This processing is necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.
MobileXApps MB does not store uploaded photos after the generation process is complete. Uploaded media may be held temporarily in memory, temporary files, queues, caches, logs, or provider-side processing systems as technically necessary to complete the requested generation, deliver the output, maintain security, or troubleshoot failed requests.
MobileXApps MB does not use your uploaded photos or videos to train AI models. We also do not knowingly sell your uploaded photos, videos, or generated videos.
Because AI generation is performed through third-party infrastructure, the processing of submitted media may also be subject to the technical and legal terms of the relevant service providers, including fal.ai’s legal documentation.1 2

6. Apple App Privacy and Tracking
The App may be required to disclose its data practices in Apple’s App Store privacy details. Apple requires developers to identify data collected by the app and third-party partners and to state whether data is linked to the user or used for tracking.5
At the current MVP stage, the App uses RevenueCat in the iOS app and Firebase on the backend. We do not currently intend to use advertising tracking or third-party advertising SDKs. If we later introduce advertising, attribution, or tracking technologies that require Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission, we will request permission where required by Apple’s rules.6
7. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchase Data
Sway AI Dance Video may offer free generations, subscriptions, free trials, credits, one-time purchases, or other paid features. Purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card number from Apple.
We use RevenueCat and our backend to verify whether a purchase is active, restore purchases, manage credits, and provide access to paid features. Purchase prices, subscription periods, trial terms, credit packages, renewal rules, and available products are shown in the App or in the App Store purchase flow before purchase.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, or security needs.

Our competitor review found that comparable AI dance, AI face animation, lip sync, and viral video apps use a wide range of App Store age ratings, from 4+ to 18+, with many apps involving user-generated content, social remixing, mature/suggestive templates, or face/body transformations using 13+ or higher ratings.7 For Sway AI Dance Video, we use a privacy-first legal position that the Service is not intended for children under 13.
14. User Responsibilities for Uploaded Content
You are responsible for the media and prompts you submit. You should upload only content that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload content that violates another person’s rights, privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
You must not use the Service to create non-consensual, deceptive, harassing, abusive, sexual, exploitative, defamatory, illegal, or harmful synthetic media.
